Erdogan: Turkish Army, Citizens Out Of Kabul

Istanbul (AP) Turkey has pulled out all its civilians and military from Afghanistan except for a small number of technicians, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said, while appearing to criticise the manner of the US withdrawal.
