Bombay HC Says Welfare Schemes Only on Paper, Asks Maha Govt About Steps Taken on Malnutrition

A division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni said welfare schemes are of no use if children are still dying of malnutrition in Maharashtra's Melghat region.
